Sometimes in life we experience seasons of "stuckness." Everyone goes through seasons like this at some point in life. In our sessions together we will look at what led up to the current season of life. Often people feel stuck when they are moving from one developmental stage of life to another. For example, getting married, having children, changing careers, children becoming adults, losing a life partner. These are all normal life experiences that can cause us to re-examine our lives. As we work together we will explore where you are and where you would like to be. Then we will see what changes need to be made to get you moving in the right direction again.
